These terms govern your use of Rolleo ("the game"), a free browser game operated by Nondual Games (Jithu Sunny) ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Contact: support@playrolleo.com.

1. Your licence to play

The game is free to play for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may share a link to it. You may not copy, resell, rehost, reverse-engineer for redistribution, scrape, or create derivative copies of the game or its assets without our permission.

2. Fair play & acceptable use

• Don't cheat, exploit, or submit fake or manipulated leaderboard times.
• Don't use offensive, hateful, harassing, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate nicknames. We may filter, hide, or remove names and entries at our discretion.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the game or its servers, or interfere with other players.
• Don't use bots or automated tools to interact with the game or its endpoints.

3. Leaderboards

Leaderboards are for fun. We may validate, re-order, hide, or remove entries that appear implausible or that violate these terms, and we may reset or archive boards (for example for seasons). We aim to preserve fairness, not to guarantee any particular standing.

4. Availability & changes

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, pause, or remove features, or discontinue the game, at any time. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nondual Games (Jithu Sunny) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the game. The game is free; our total liability is limited accordingly.

7. Suspension

We may block access for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
